CASTING AND FORGINGS IN FERROUS AND NON-FERROUS: Castings including Centrifugal Castings & Forgings including Die Forgings in all alloys weighing up to 10 tons single piece can be supplied by us as per various international specifications.
HEAT TREATMENT: We can arrange Heat Treatment to Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Alloy materials as per different international specifications including Nitriding, Carburising, Flame Hardening, Induction Hardening and Sub-Zero Treatment.
MACHINING: We have got facilities for Machining of all kinds of small and big items by Horizontal, Vertical Boring, Shaping, Milling, Planning, Lathes, Drilling, Grinding etc. as per your specifications/drawings and or designs.
FABRICATION: We have got complete Fabrication Facilities and can fabricate any item as per your specific drawings and designs.
DEVELOPMENT OF DRAWINGS AND DESIGNS: Complete designing facility is available to develop and assist in any kind of design and development as per customers’ requirements.
VARIOUS ELECTRO PLATING: We have got facilities for Copper, Nickel, Tungsten and Hard Chrome Plating of any specific material.
CERAMIC COATING: We have got Ceramic Coating facility for all kind of Metal Oxide.
SPECIAL COATING: Many rolls require various types of coatings on the surface as per its applications. Electroplating, cold welding, hot welding, hot/cold spray, high energy plasma sprays high speed flame spraying etc.
THERMAL COATING: The process of thermal spraying consists of melting the coating material into minute particles, and then spraying it a high speed onto the item to be coated.
MACHINING SUPER FINISHING AND DYNAMIC BALANCING: The preparation of the surface prior to the coating is very important in obtaining optimum coatingquality and includes a combination of machining and abrasion operations.
Coated surfaces are finished by appropriate machining and superfinishing processes as per requirement.
Dynamic Balancing is available for Rolls and other spares wherever required and specified by customer.
